This site is approximately 9km north-west of Blacktown, NSW and 40km north-west of Sydney's Central Business District.  It is located 900m from Richmond Road, a major arterial road connecting Richmond in the north-west and Blacktown in the south-east.  The Westlink M7 on and off ramps are located approximately 1.5km south of the site. 

This provides access to both east and south bound lanes of the M7, the surrounding orbital road network and key locations include:

• M4 Motorway Chullora Intermodal Freight Facility
• M2 Sydney Airport
• M5 Port Botany
• M3 Freeway

The site is located within the Sydney Region North West Growth Centre and specifically the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct.  This precinct has been earmarked by the State Goverment as employment land and is currently undergoing detailed precinct planning to release one of the region's largest employment hubs.

Rezoning of the site is scheduled for August 2009, Development Approval is expected in January 2010 with Occupation for operational infrastructure works in March 2011.

The site will be serviced by infrastructure to provide for sewer, recycled water supply, potable water, electricity, natural gas, telecommunications, and stormwater.  Richmond Road, from the M7 in the south to Grange Avenue in the north, will be upgraded to a four lane divided road with provision for a future six lane configuration.  Public transport services in the precinct will also be significantly enhanced.

The Marsden Park Industrial Precinct will cater to the expectation and requirements of a modern day work force.
